Agendas and Minutes
The Agenda is published at least three clear days before each Council meeting. Minutes are circulated shortly after the meeting. The Minutes of the last meeting are approved and signed at the start of the next meeting.
Copies from previous meetings are available at the year links below. Where months are not listed within each year link, it means that either copies from that month are not available or there was no meeting that month.
Reference to the minutes for the previous month will indicate if a meeting was planned, although its possible that even if planned, the meeting was cancelled at short notice.
Minutes for years prior to 2020 will shortly be available in the Chearsley Village Archive
